Established in 2024, FreezeDried Snacks was born out of a passion for creating unique and delicious specialty candy. Our founder, Logan, started in his home and has since grown it into a thriving small business. Operating under the Nebraska's food cottage law the food is prepared in a kitchen that is not subject to regulation and inspection by the regulatory authority and may contain allergens.

 Freeze-dried candy is created by first freezing the candy, then removing the moisture under a vacuum. During this process, the water in the candy sublimates, transitioning directly from ice to vapor. This method retains the candy's flavor, color, and aroma, but alters its texture significantly. The result is a crystallized, crunchy candy

Additionally, the flavor of the candy, whether sweet or sour, becomes more concentrated after freeze-drying.
